Mario Kijanović participated on the 7th Serbian Property & Infrastructure Development Conference, held on 22 March, where he was the speaker at the panel dedicated to the future of logistics, retail and shopping centre industry.
Mario talked about further improvements of the regulatory framework and business climate in Serbia which are necessary in order to incite further development of this sector and provided closer insight on the initiatives for digitalization of the Real Estate Cadastre, amendment of the laws governing conversion of right of use in the ownership on the land and energy legislation, in which he actively participates as a Vice President of the Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee within the Foreign Investors Council.
