Partner Uroš Popović participated in a panel discussion at ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) on 22 November 2019. The topic of the discussion was: “Keeping the pace: Arbitration in the technological Age”.
“Being part of such a wonderful conference and discussing these important matters is always a pleasure”, said Uroš. “Commercial arbitration is becoming more and more intertwined with new developments in technology and the forum was an excellent place to exchange thoughts and experiences with international experts”.
The conference consisted of 2 sessions discussing data protection in commercial arbitration, security and confidentiality, challenges of arbitrators, arbitrability of disputes, interim measures from state courts, and other important topics.
The event was organized by Dimitrov, Petrov & Co, a SELA member firm, French law firm Leboulanger & Associés, ICC HQ Paris, ICC Bulgaria and ICC Greece.
