Partner Uroš Popović will participate in a panel discussion at ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) on 22 November 2019. The topic of the discussion will be: “Keeping the pace: Arbitration in the technological Age”.
Together with Martin Zahariev from Dimitrov Petrov & Co. and Yiannis Timagenis from Timagenis Law Firm, he will be discussing data protection, security and confidentiality in commercial arbitration, obtaining electronic evidence and e-awards.
The ICC YAF Event is a conference dedicated to commercial arbitration in the technological age. It is organized by Dimitrov, Petrov & Co, a SELA member firm, French law firm Leboulanger & Associés, ICC HQ Paris, ICC Bulgaria and ICC Greece.
The Forum is to become a gathering event for practitioners and academics from all over Europe (UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, Slovakia, Greece, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, etc.), who share the passion for arbitration and have in-depth knowledge of this area.
The conference will consist of 2 sessions focusing on some of the most important topics in international arbitration with both domestic and international speakers.
