Bojović Drašković Popović & Partners is providing full legal assistance with regards to the 100% sale of its Serbian company Emergo Sport d.o.o. (FitPass Serbia) to C.D Holding Internationale SAS (from France).
The firm is representing FitPass Limited in the Phase 2 of approx. EUR 5 million sale of its Serbian company Emergo Sport.
The transaction is to be carried out in 3 phases over 3 year’s period (2019-2021). In the Phase 1, which is now completed – sale of 20% shares in 2019, Phase 2 – sale of additional 29% shares in 2020, which is currently in progress, and Phase 3 – sale of additional 51% shares in 2021.
As a result of the recent deal, C.D Holding Internationale SAS currently holds 49% ownership over the company.
The BD2P team which is advising on the transaction is led by partner Vuk Drašković together with senior associate Milica Pešterić.
