In accordance with the Companies Law, all companies are required to register on eUprava portal as users of electronic services by 17 May 2023.
The purpose of this registration for the companies to have e-mail box through which they will receive and submit electronic documents in proceedings with government bodies.
The registration is performed on the following website: https://eid.gov.rs/sr-Cyrl-RS/pocetna with electronic certificate of the legal representative (director) of the company.
The companies who are in the VAT system and receive invoices via eFaktura system are already registered and have thereby completed this requirement.
