Mario Kijanović to participate in a Data Investment online panel discussion

Data Investment is organizing another free web panel discussion called “Serbia - Real Estate, Valuation and Risks”, discussing several topics: real estate market – before and after the Covid-19 pandemics, legal consequences, risks and bank challenges and impact on valuation. 

Senior Associate Mario Kijanović is the panelist to provide legal insights on this topic, along with the valuation and banking experts from ERSTE Bank, UniCredit Bank, Sberbank, and CBRE.

The Latest Newsletter: Preventive measures that the employer is obliged to apply in order to prevent the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases

On 3 July 2020, the Rulebook on Preventive Measures for Safe and Healthy Work for the Prevention and Spread of Infectious Diseases was adopted by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, regulating the activities of employers in cases when the relevant authority declares the infectious disease epidemic. 

The key obligation of employers is issuing a plan of implementation of measures for prevention of occurrence and spreading of the infectious disease pandemic which is an integral part of the Risk Assessment Act. Also, the employer is obliged to adjust the Plan of implementation of measures in accordance with decisions of the relevant authority.
