Miloš earned his Master of Law in Public International Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. His Master thesis was “Convention concerning the protection of the world cultural and natural heritage dated 1972: conditions in which it was brought and the challenges of its implementation and respect”.

Miloš is a member of the Serbian Bar Association. Miloš was the vice president of the HR Committee within the Foreign Investors Council – FIC (mandate June 2020 – June 2022).
