In order to protect personal data, it is of utmost importance to make sure that the personal data of the persons infected with Covid-19 is not published.
Therefore, employers are obliged to protect the privacy of their employees and not to publish personal data of the employees who are infected.
It is important that the infected person does not come to work and other employees should only be informed that there is an infected person, says the Commissioner for information of public importance and personal data protection, mr. Milan Marinović.
